Your role
For our HQ in Amsterdam, we seek a versatile and business-savvy IT specialist to support and evolve our internal enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, WMS, POS). This role sits at the intersection of IT, operations, and business processes and is instrumental in supporting users, training, project implementation, and cross-functional collaboration across our organization and partner network.
What you''ll be doing
1. User Support Application Management
- Provide day-to-day support for internal users working with ERP, OMS, WMS, POS and other core business systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, data integrity, and user errors.
2. Project Coordination Implementation
- Assist in the rollout and enhancement of enterprise software across departments.
- Collaborate with vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
3. Partner Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for external partners using our POS system in their retail environments.
- Manage data uploads, configuration, and training for partner stores.
4. Training Documentation
- Develop and deliver training sessions for internal users on business software usage.
- Create and maintain clear user guides and documentation.
5. Process Improvement Analysis
- Analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, or digitization.
- Propose and test new solutions that align with operational goals.

Your Experience and qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting ERP or similar enterprise systems in a business context.
- Experience with data import/export, user access management, and systems configuration.
- Solid understanding of business operations, including inventory, sales, and finance workflows.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with systems like SAP, WICS, Exact, Lightspeed, Monday.com, or similar.
- Experience working in retail, FMCG, or supply chain environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in cross-functional and multilingual contexts.
- Basic SQL or scripting knowledge for data manipulation or automation tasks.
