VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional EDI Data Auditor to join our Management Accounting Team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As part of the Management Accounting team, the EDI Data Auditor will be responsible for managing all aspects of electronic data interchange data audits, mainly focusing on sellout and inventory data of key accounts.
The EDI Data Auditor will also follow up and collaborate with customers or internal functions to investigate and resolve errors.
The EDI Data Auditor will contribute to the organization by ensuring the quality of crucial data needed by VF brands to measure customer performance and analyze consumer behavior, supporting better trading. Data audits will also foster accurate inventory management and serve as key information leveraged within corporate strategic projects.
Main areas of responsibility
Sellout and inventory:
- Perform routine audits of EDI data transactions and documents to identify discrepancies, errors, and non-compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- Follow up and collaborate with customers or internal functions to investigate and resolve errors.
- Run, analyze, and distribute reports to stakeholders.
- Analyze sellout and inventory transmission data to identify missing sales days, missing inventory days, missing or unknown barcodes, duplicates, spikes.
- Communicate with customers, internal functions, and EDI providers to manage errors.
- Escalate blockers or issues involving relevant functions to minimize disruptions.
- Suggest enhancements or fixes.
- Serve as the primary contact for sellout and inventory data inquiries and issues, providing support to internal teams and external trading partners.
- Monitor VF EDI PRICAT, order response, dispatch advice, invoice, and inventory transmission quality using internal, customer, and provider tools and reports.
Skills for Success
To succeed as an EDI Data Auditor, strong attention to detail, the ability to analyze complex data sets, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven at least 1 year of experience in data auditing.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Understanding of business needs.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Critical thinking and service orientation.
- Knowledge of EDI flows and integration with customers is a plus.
