The Role:
No two weeks are the same. One week youll be preparing for the installation of a propulsion system for a yacht in the Netherlands. The next week, youll fly to Spain to provide service and maintenance on an existing system. Youll communicate directly with the ship owner and get to work, either independently or with a colleague.
As a Service Engineer, youll be the face of the company for many clients. Youll fully understand the importance of this and will always strive to provide excellent service. You work meticulously and do everything possible to ensure the client chooses your company again in the future.

Youll be working at a company that designs, builds, and sells propulsion systems for the shipbuilding industry, with a special focus on yachts. In addition to new builds, the company also offers service and maintenance for existing propulsion systems. Service Engineers travel worldwide to provide this service. The company currently has 2 Service Engineers and, due to growth, is looking to add 2 more.

It consists of 10 employees working closely together, and because it''s a small organization with short communication lines, you''ll have the opportunity to work beyond the scope of your own role.
