ISS Facility Services is looking for a Contract (Facility) Manager in Luxembourg, with at least 5 years experience in a technical maintenance or contractor company (both M&E;).FunctionYou will manage the contract in Luxemburg for an international client with different sites (offices and data centers locations and co- locations) in 9 countries all over Europe. - You are the SPOC (single point of contact) for the client.- You will lead the contract taking into account the SLAs and KPIs. You will keep the overview of the provided services (soft and hard) in all circumstances.- For the office in Luxemburg you will be the Facility Coordinator and for all other countries, the day to day operations will be supported by a dedicated person in that country. They report to you about these interventions so you will have the end responsibility.- You will lead a small team of people who deliver different services (janitorial, security, cleaning) on the Luxemburg location.- You will create and follow up the monthly fail/no fail reports for the client for all the sites.- You will understand the needs of the client (+ the end users) and you will identify opportunities to improve the services. If needed, you will prepare new offers.- You will support the Key Account Manager in preparing and hosting the meetings with the client.Contract / Facility Manager with technical backgroundYou preferably have a technical bachelor degree (electricity - electro mechanics) or equivalent by experience.- You have at least 5 years experience in a technical maintenance or contractor company (both M&E;)- You have preferably a basic knowledge of the technical installation in data centers (redundancy, gensets, open and closed batteries,-48V, rectifiers, Vesda smoke detection system,)- Knowledge of Facility Management in general, including soft services (cleaning, landscaping, security,..) is a plus- You have a basic knowledge of CMMS systems (computerized maintenance management system)- You are an experienced user of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- You speak English fluently. Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.- You are very service minded, flexible and eager to learn. - You are a good communicator and you are able to think proactively.- You have excellent management and coaching skills.- You will be based in Luxemburg, and are willing to travel about 15 to 20% of the time.
