Technical Lead with GenAI (100% remote)
Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions (GenAI)
Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python, Node.js and Java
At least 10 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect in large, international organizations
Advanced knowledge of Python and experience with Node.js and Java
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps implementation
Strong technical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage development teams effectively
Fluent English (C1) and the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly
