We are European Blockchain Convention, a startup organizing events (6000+ attendees in 2024).We organize conferences around topics that we are passionate about: crypto, blockchain, and AI (for now!).
We are looking for an over-achieving Senior Marketing & Social Media Specialist!
The ideal candidate is passionate about Blockchain/AI/Fintech, understands the codes of this industry, is ambitious, smart, proactive and creative.
Our company is quickly evolving, so you will have other responsibilities that match what you are interested in and good at as we grow!
Key responsibilities:Grow the brand of all our eventsManage and execute our social media strategy (Linkedin/X/Instagram/Anything you think is relevant!) & press releasesInvent and execute strategies to maximize the User Generated Content on our Social MediasExpand our events audience and enhance attendee qualityManage and write our newslettersCreate and animate a strong communitySelect and manage 1 freelance video editor and 1 freelance designerWhatever else you think will help us grow the business!
As part of the Marketing Department,
your KPIs will be the number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and the number of tickets sold per event.
Requirements:3+ years experience in Marketing/Social Media with a solid track record (KPIs)Strong understanding and passion for Crypto/Blockchain/AI IndustriesAbility to excel in a fast-paced and startup-like environmentNative or Bilingual in English with strong writing and communication skills
