Were looking for a mid to senior-level VOIP Infrastructure Engineer to help us build, maintain, and evolve our internal telephony infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of VOIP systems and infrastructure engineering - ideal for someone who enjoys working across systems and digging into both application and platform layers.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
- Exposure to telephony integrations (e.g., CRMs, Zendesk, analytics tools).
- Experience with designing telephony platform architectures.
- Exposure to observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and proactive monitoring strategies.
- Experience with system automation, scripting (e.g., Bash, Python), or configuration management tools.

- 5+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, infrastructure operations, VOIP engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong experience with either:
- VOIP systems (e.g., Asterisk, FreePBX, FreeSWITCH, 3CX, Kamailio, SIP protocols, RTP, dial plans), OR
- Infrastructure engineering (Linux systems, virtualization, Proxmox, Docker, CI/CD, scripting, monitoring).
- Proven ability to operate and troubleshoot production systems, including performance issues, outages, and cross-layer failures.
- Strong foundation in networking, particularly where it intersects with VOIP (SIP, RTP, NAT traversal, QoS, firewalls, etc.).
- Prior experience working in environments where engineers own systems end-to-end is strongly preferred.
- Comfort working in a production environment with systems you own end-to-end.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a deep interest in how systems work.
- Experience with networking concepts, especially as they relate to VOIP (firewalls, NAT, QoS, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.).
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
