We specialize in providing qualified workers from the Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) to companies in Germany and the Netherlands.

We are currently looking for a person in the Netherlands with local market connections to help us find new clients companies that are in need of personnel.

Who we are looking for:

Responsibilities:

• Conducting negotiations with clients and supporting them until the contract is signed.
• The Account Managers responsibilities end after the contract is signed.
• If the Account Manager is interested in taking on additional tasks and we have a need for them, the scope of duties will be discussed in advance, and the payment percentage will be increased accordingly.

Payment:

We do not offer a fixed monthly salary.

Payment is made as a percentage of the total turnover for each contract.

Payments are made monthly for the duration of the contract.
