It offers seamless integration into the Sicilian landscape, providing space and stunning views, and aims to deliver exceptional service.As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:Deliver, implement, and evaluate corporate training & development programs to enhance performance across our properties;Report to the Area HR Director;Identify training needs, design, and deliver training initiatives;Build relationships with managers and team members to understand and respond to needs;Support HR Directors and Senior Managers in talent review and development;Create training materials for in-house courses;Support and develop the Departmental Trainers program;Assist in creating and implementing the Hotel Training Plan and budget;Monitor guest feedback and quality data;Maintain documentation of all L&D activities;Ensure compliance with standards and regulations;Perform other related duties to promote continuous improvement.Who We Are Looking ForWe seek passionate individuals who value our hotels and guests, with:At least 7 years of experience in a similar hospitality role;Strong classroom training and community engagement skills;Fluency in English and Italian;Coaching and mentoring abilities;Experience in diverse training methods and channels;Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills;Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;Willingness to travel within Italy.Why Work With UsJoining Rocco Forte Hotels offers a career filled with growth, recognition, and excellence in hospitality.Perks of Working With UsPermanent contract per C.C.N.L.
