The Role
As the first Account Executive in Iberia , youll lead sales efforts across the region. Youll inherit active accounts, work with engaged users already leveraging the platform, and be the face of a company developers and enterprises already know and love.
Youll be supported by world-class solutions and marketing team, with a strong inbound brand and technical product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow revenue across Iberia region, managing full-cycle sales with both inbound and outbound prospects.
- Build a scalable GTM strategy for the region with the support of leadership.
- Drive value-led conversations with senior stakeholders across enterprise and digital-native businesses.
- Manage expansions within existing accounts and identify new opportunities across verticals.
- Work cross-functionally with sales engineers, marketing, and product to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Who Were Looking For:
- 3+ years of SaaS closing experience, ideally in DevTools, infrastructure, or API-related products.
- Native or fluent in Spanish (Portuguese a bonus), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience selling into technical teams - including developers, engineers, or product leaders.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment.
- Driven, curious, and motivated to shape the future of a region with massive greenfield opportunity.
