#RINA is currently recruiting to join a prestigious international Oil & Gas Project: Electrical SupervisorLocation: RavennaDuration: 12 months (at least)Experience: more than 15 years of experience in a similar role in O&G sectorEDUCATION:Technical High School DiplomaUniversity Degree in Electrical field will be a plusSKILLS and CERTIFICATION:Good knowledge (spoken and written) of foreign languages (preferable English, French or Spanish), including technical dictionary will be a plus.Good knowledge in the use of PC including software and applications (e.g., Windows, Office)Good interpersonal and communication skills;Knowledge of the International Quality Standards and applicable design and construction norms and standards.Knowledge and experience of the major standards applied to Oil & Gas projects (e.g., EEMUA, API, ISO EN, ASME, AWS, Customer Standards, etc.).DUTIESSupervising Contractors electrical activities on site, verifying that construction works (erection, installation, and testing) are carried out in compliance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable international codes and standards.Ensuring that Contractors duties are performed by competent and experienced personnel and in sufficient numbers to achieve objectives, promptly advising the Customers Interface of any areas of concern.Ensuring that electrical activities are performed in the highest HSE standards, cooperating closely with the Customer and Contractors HSE staff, managing monitoring, reporting, and acting to constantly maintain the highest HSE standards, and promoting internally and externally the HSE culture.Monitoring the Construction Schedules and Look-ahead, highlighting delays, reasons of delays, and possible remedial actions.Participating actively in construction meetings with Contractors.Reviewing and commenting on documentation produced by Contractors (e.g., technical reports, specifications, procedures, methods statement, drawings, TQ, CR etc.) ensuring implementation of established procedures and good engineering practice.Ensuring that all the documentation relevant to construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases is produced by Contractors in compliance with all the required standards, highlighting any discrepancy to Contractors relevant staff and Company departments and line managers, being diligent in obtaining from Contractors remedial and recovery actions.Expediting with Contractors material delivery, distribution, and availability in accordance with planned activities, highlighting to Contractors Construction any delay, non-compliance, low quality, etc.Verifying that utilized bulk materials are in compliance with project specifications and standards.Validating electrical works progress.Assuring electrical works punch lists are properly detected, integrated within the Mechanical Completion master punch list, and cleared.#J-18808-Ljbffr
