Long Description In this role you will play a keyrole in: - Manage and guide development teams - Lead and managedevelopment teams, including assigning tasks and monitoringprogress - Interact with stakeholders to understand their problemsand needs - Collaborate with other teams to integrate new featuresand improvements - Ensure code quality and performance incompliance with coding standards and technical design - Leadproblem-solving discussions with the team - Supervise and reviewthe work of team members - Identify potential improvements toexisting development processes - Assist in removing impediments toprogress YOUR PROFILE At least 5 years of experience in the rolewithin structured companies; - Proven work experience as a JavaTechnical Lead or similar role - Strong experience with Java andits associated technologies, like J2EE, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate,etc. - Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORMtechnologies (JPA2, Hibernate) - Experience with test-drivendevelopment. Knowledge of software testing principles andexperience in writing unit tests using frameworks like JUnit -Experience in designing, developing, and deploying softwaresolutions using Java technologies - Strong problem-solving skillsto effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues -Ability to document requirements and specifications - Leadershipskills to guide and mentor a team of software developers, ensuringefficient project execution - Excellent communication skills forcoordinating with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensurethat project requirements are clearly understood and met -Experience in agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to deliverhigh-quality software in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Stronganalytical skills for understanding business requirements andtranslating them into technical specifications - Knowledge of theEnglish language at a professional level.
