Job Title: SAP S4HANA Developer

Contract Duration: Minimum 6 months, extendable up to 18 months based on project needs

Workplace Type: Hybrid (at least 2 times a week at office)

Languages Required: English, Dutch is a plus

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Developer for a 6-month contract position onsite in Amsterdam. This role is part of a greenfield S/4HANA implementation project and requires hands-on development expertise in ABAP and related SAP technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with functional consultants and contribute to solution delivery using clean core and cloud-ready approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support ABAP objects in a greenfield S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams to maintain and enhance SAP functionality.
• Implement extensibility using CDS Views, RAP framework, and key user/on-stack methods.
• Develop custom Fiori applications using best practices and SAP Fiori elements templates.
• Perform upgrades, unit testing, and integration using tools like ADT and Eclipse.

Essential Skills

• In-depth understanding of S/4HANA implementation with clean core principles.
• Strong practical experience with CDS Views and RAP framework.
• Expertise in extensibility techniques and ABAP development (RICEF, OData, Webdynpro).
• Proficiency in developing and customizing Fiori apps using released APIs.
• Hands-on experience with BAS and Fiori Adaptation Projects.

Optional Skills

• UI/UX design principles for SAP applications.
• Fiori Launchpad configuration experience.
• Experience with Output Management using OPD Forms.
• Workflow design and enhancement capabilities.
• Exposure to SP upgrades and ABAP unit testing framework.
