Support of our international mobile operator customers for Comfones IPX and roaming hub servicesHandling of customer inquiries for troubleshooting, service performance analysis and reportingTesting and documentation of customer servicesMonitoring of Comfone international networks (SS7, Diameter, GRX) and service systems (STPs, DRAs, roaming hub)On-call duty service for 24/7 emergency support
Good communication skills with sensibility to an international environmentTechnical education in telecommunications with knowledge of mobile networksExperience with SS7, Diameter, GTP, DNS protocols, and roaming technologyEnglish proficiency in both verbal and written communication. Other languages are a plusTeam spirit and willingness to do on-call duty serviceCommunicative, responsible and resilient individual with commitment
