Your responsibilities include producing KPI reports to achieve cost savings and meet customer service requirements. You will be the primary contact for transporters, Supply Chain Planning, and Supply Chain Execution related to transport sourcing and transporter performance.Main accountabilities include:Supporting Carrier Manager in developing and implementing freight procurement and transport sourcing strategiesAssisting in bid events and routing guide sign-offs in the Transport Management System (TMS), analyzing costs, and proposing improvementsOn-boarding new carriersDriving continuous service and cost improvementsStandardizing transporter procedures and measurementsPromoting digitization projectsManaging and analyzing carrier performance, including rates, capacity, and service commitmentsCommunicating professionally with internal and external stakeholdersSupporting customer and retailer collaboration activitiesMaintaining carriers on CHEP systems (Blue Yonder)Analyzing service incidents and proposing improvementsEnsuring compliance with safety policies and regulationsQualifications and Skills:University degree or equivalentKnowledge of logistics processes and principles of Supply Chain or Transport & LogisticsExperience in result-oriented, customer-focused environmentsAnalytical skillsWorking knowledge of SAP and Lean Transport Management System (training available)Basic MS Excel skillsAbility to work successfully in a matrix and multicultural environmentLanguages:English and Italian fluencyPreferred Education:Bachelor''s degreeExperience Level:1-3 yearsWork Arrangement:Hybrid RemoteAdditional Information:We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and fair treatment.
