The IT I&O team ensures the governance, management andevolution of corporate IT infrastructures, both on-premises andon-cloud, and also covers aspects related to IT infrastructuremonitoring and automation processes. We work closely with differentbusiness areas to ensure business continuity, efficiency andoptimization of technology resources and to support clients in thebanking sector both in domestic and international markets (EMEAarea). ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The selected resource willactively contribute to: Operations & Monitoring: evolution,maintenance and monitoring of IT infrastructure, both in Prometeiadata centers and on cloud environments in ERM perimeter. ProjectSupport & Presales: working with the commercial team to definetechnical solutions and infrastructure effort estimates. Monitoring of infrastructure services and costs, with a focus onthe Cloud SaaS perimeter Training and development: participationin the growth path of IT resources through training and knowledgesharing activities. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Degree in ComputerEngineering, Computer Science or STEM or similar professionalexperience. At least 3-4 years of experience in IT Operations,managing on-premises and/or cloud infrastructure. Knowledge ofcloud environments (mainly Azure) and monitoring tools. Experience in IT infrastructure automation with Infrastructure asCode (IaC) tools such as Terraform. Experience withcontainerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes forscalable application management. Knowledge of MSSQL Server. Aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork.
