What we''re looking for

As we grow our business development team, we are looking for a new Business Developer to join us. Your role will be to identify potential clients and partners, connect with them, and build relationships that lead to new projects. Your main focus will be on outreach, lead generation, and client follow-up.

What you''ll do

• Identify and reach out potential clients: agencies, immersive studios, event producers, space owners and brands.
• Build and maintain a detailed pipeline of contacts and leads using CRM tools (pipedrive).
• Present our work and capabilities clearly and convincingly.
• Follow up regularly and turn conversations into signed projects.

What you bring

• Experience in business development or sales in creative or animation-related fields.
• Knowledge of CGI, animation or immersive content production (ideally with experience in projects involving LED screens, installations or events).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English.
• Organized, proactive and results-oriented.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and following up on leads.
