NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for theimplementation of the EIB funded project called: Public Sector LoanFacility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is searching forexperts to support the core team during the implementation of thisproject. Location: Bulgaria. Duration: The intended start date isJuly 2025 (the Start Date) and the period of implementation ofthe Assignment will be 20 months from this date (the Period ofImplementation). Key Expert: Senior Financing & InvestmentAdvisor (Cat. II) Qualifications and skills: - At least aBachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration,or a related field (minimum requirement). - Excellent knowledge ofboth written and spoken English (minimum requirement). -Proficiency in financial modelling tools (e.g., Excel VBA,Bloomberg Terminal, or similar) will be considered an asset. General professional experience: - At least 10 years ofprofessional experience in infrastructure finance, energyinvestment, and public-private partnerships (PPPs) (minimumrequirement). Specific professional experience: - Experience instructuring and securing financing for large-scale energy andindustrial projects, as demonstrated by at least 3 projects(minimum requirement). - Experience in financial modelling, riskassessment, and cost-benefit analysis for energy transitionprojects, demonstrated in at least 3 projects in the experts CV(minimum requirement). - Strong understanding of EU fundingmechanisms (e.g., PSLF, Just Transition Fund, RePowerEU, RRF, etc.)will be considered an asset. - Experience advising governments andfinancial institutions on energy investment strategies will beconsidered an asset. - Experience working on energy transitionfinancing in EU coal regions will be considered an asset.
