Control Algorithm and Smartness Innovation EngineerJoin to apply for the Control Algorithm and Smartness Innovation Engineer role at Electrolux Group.About the role:Within the company''s Global R&D site, the APD (Advanced Product Development) Dish Care Architecture team is looking for a highly motivated engineer to lead Technical Development and create innovative, efficient appliances and relevant consumer experiences.APD evaluates new technologies for creating next-generation products and processes, reducing uncertainties related to technology, feasibility, timing, and costs.Responsibilities:Propose estimation and control strategies within set timing and cost targets.Implement strategies in simulation and prototyping systems.Define and implement signal processing algorithms.Contribute to the APD Technology Roadmap for control technology.Ensure product features meet global standards and regional requirements.Write technical documentation and algorithms specifications.Lead projects as Project Leader.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Qualifications:Degree in Systems and Control / Electronics Engineering or similar; PhD is a plus.At least 2 years of R&D experience, with project leadership experience.Knowledge of control systems, mechanics, hydraulics, and AI applications.Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink; LabView is a plus.Strong communication skills in English and Italian.Ability to work in an international, matrix organization.Location & Benefits:Based at Porcia Office, a global R&D center, with a diverse, inclusive team.
