Job responsibilities Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. Be responsible for both mass and strategic recruitment, manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for various business groups, partner with global and local management on workforce planning, providing local labor market insights. Provide support to local employees regarding benefits and the delivery of the benefit programs, supports employees on issues. Assist international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters. Training and development working with leaders to guarantee a fluent onboarding process and robust training calendar for employee development. Also help as facilitator in some topics. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, continuously optimize the talent performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams in both China and regional teams, participate in HR projects cooperating with cross boarder teams. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor degree or above, Native in Polish, business professional level communication skills in English. Minimum 7 years of HR generalist working experience, comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in partnering with business department. Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources areas including Labor relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation, Talent Management and Change Management. Able to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions. Experience with conducting workplace investigations and resolving workplace issues. Have extensive and in-depth knowledge of local compliance and labor laws. Be open-minded to take on HR operations/Administrative job and pay attention to details. #J-18808-Ljbffr
