For a leading company in HR services and social legislation, we are looking for an experienced BI Team Lead (Qlik). In this role, you will combine leadership with technical expertise to deliver data-driven insights that make a real difference.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a team of BI specialists, managing their planning, development, and growth.
Oversee the continued rollout and optimization of Qlik across the organization, from data modeling to dashboard development.
Act as the bridge between business and IT, understanding internal stakeholder needs and translating them into concrete BI solutions.
Optimize and streamline existing reporting processes.
Collaborate closely with management and other departments on data strategy and innovation initiatives.
Your Profile:
At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in Qlik Sense or QlikView
Solid background in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Languages: Fluent in English and a very good command of either Dutch or French.
