From day one, you are empowered to leverage your full potential and creativity to contribute to a better tomorrow.Your primary responsibility will be to manage maintenance activitiesboth preventive and correctiveensuring the highest quality standards to maximize fleet availability for our domestic and international clients.Main activities include:Performing preventive and corrective maintenance according to manuals and operating instructions, using specific tools and equipment.Overhauling and repairing electrical and mechanical components and subsystems at designated workshops.Drafting accurate and complete documentation and reports.Managing spare parts, including storage, return, and disposal.Proposing and implementing process improvements.Ideal candidate profile:Knowledge of railway systems and qualification to operate safety organs per Decree 04/12 of the National Agency for Railway Safety (ANSF).Proven experience in rolling stock maintenance, preferably electric locomotives.Ability to interpret technical documentation.Teamwork skills, proactivity, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of German is a plus.Good computer skills and ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.Respect for diversity, willingness to share knowledge, and collaborative spirit.Eligibility to work and travel within Italy.What we offer:Welfare benefits, including flexible programs, health insurance for you and your family, accident insurance, and free on-site lunch options.Opportunities for continuous learning and development.An inclusive team culture where you can be yourself.Join us and be yourself.
