The Role:
We are seeking a KPI-driven Operations Manager to lead our warehousing operations for a key account. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a team and ensure the seamless operation of our warehouse. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards, driving performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team within the warehouse.
Oversee daily warehousing operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with directing staff and senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflows.
Monitor and exceed KPIs; data analysis experience is a strong plus.
Ensure compliance and quality in contract logistics, especially with food products.
Work closely with customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Proven experience in warehousing operations within the logistics sector.
Strong understanding of KPIs and performance management.
Fluent in Dutch (mandatory).
A natural leader who motivates without micromanaging.
Experience in contract logistics, ideally with food products.
