The Associate Partner is an intermediaterole between Project lead and Partner, and hence has two majorroles: 1. Leading our clients engagements: driving the team forsuccess, leading the problem solving, and growing the team. TheAssociate Partners works typically on two projects and manages ateam of 1-2 consultants on each project. 2. Developing DWDGclients base and expertise: identify new leads, develop seniorrelationship, lead response to tender, build DWDGexpertise andeventually grow DWDGs business. Most of our projects cover thefollowing topics: energy transition, transport, circular economy,climate, Africa growth... The Associate Partner will alsocontribute to the various training programmes that Do Well Do Goodruns in Europe, Africa and across the world. Depending on seniorityand performance, we would expect a transition to partner within12-18 months.
