We offer a full-time Financial Controlling Trainee Program designed for students and recent graduates eager to develop their skills in financial controlling. This program provides hands-on experience with real financial tasks, professional growth opportunities, and valuable industry insights. Trainees will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining mentorship and expanding their professional network while building a strong foundation in controlling.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:

  1. Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial and management reports.
  2. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities including recommendation of actions.
  3. Evaluate and analyze the company''s economic results and come up with proposals on cost reduction strategies and measures that will increase economic efficiency in the division.
  4. Prepare quarterly statements on the BUDGET plant level and ensure regular monitoring of current performance compared to the budget/forecast.
  5. Regularly report financial performance indicators to the management team.
  6. Represent the plant in front of auditors.

If you have/are:

  1. University degree Bachelors degree in Mathematics, IT, Finance & Accounting or similar.
  2. Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
  3. Proficiency in German (written and spoken) is required for effective communication in the role.
  4. Be open-minded to the organization and to others.
  5. Strong problem solving, analytical, team building and decision-making skills.
  6. Open minded & eager to learn and develop.
