The Project Manager Facility is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of Chiesis non-industrial facilities worldwide. This role oversees the master plan, leads the development of new headquarters and office corporate buildings, and ensures all projects align with the companys growth strategy, sustainability commitments, and corporate values. The position requires strong technical expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills, managing large-scale capital projects (30-40M) with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and long-term asset value optimization.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Facility & Real Estate DevelopmentDefine and lead the execution of Chiesi Parma master plan for corporate real estate, ensuring alignment with business growth and operational needs.Oversee the development of new headquarters and office buildings, integrating state-of-the-art infrastructure and sustainable design.Project & Program ManagementLead and manage capital projects (30-40M), ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.Oversee project lifecycles from permitting and feasibility studies to construction, commissioning, and handover.Establish and enforce best practices in project governance, cost control, risk management, and performance tracking.Develop and maintain a risk management framework, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.Create corporate guidelines for workplace standards, including D&I, digital transformation, and employee well-being.Implement global space management policies for optimal utilization.Lead workplace evolution projects to boost productivity, collaboration, and sustainability.Stakeholder EngagementAdvise executive leadership on facility expansion, market trends, and operational improvements.Engage with external stakeholders like contractors, regulators, and partners for successful project delivery.Sustainability & Smart InfrastructureDrive sustainable and smart building solutions to reduce environmental impact and improve energy efficiency.Ensure developments meet green building certifications (e.g., LEED) and corporate sustainability goals.Promote innovative building technologies, such as smart infrastructure and predictive maintenance.Social & Community EngagementSupport social utility projects and community development initiatives.Lead technical collaborations with municipalities, universities, and industry groups to foster innovation.Experience RequiredMinimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, facility management, or equivalent.EducationBachelor''s or Master''s Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.LanguagesFluent in Italian and English.Technical SkillsKnowledge of building construction & safety regulations.Proficiency with office tools and technical software (e.g., CAD).Understanding of facility management principles.Soft SkillsAdaptability and flexibility.Customer orientation.Strong planning and organizational skills.What we offerJoin a dynamic, fast-growing, and friendly environment.
