The role of Launch Coordinator is based in our Lighting Business Group in Niemce .
Responsibilities:
- Managing Launch Readiness and Launch Readiness Reviews processes at the plant level regarding SMT make parts process (electronics production)
- Organization of quarterly/monthly implementation reviews along with reports
- Supervision and analysis of KPIs regarding implementation and development processes
- Supervision of the effectiveness of implementations and relevant reports in phase 6 of VPDS
- Ensuring implementation compliance with program management assumptions
- Ensuring appropriate activities in the field of product and process development (assembly design, technical reviews of design assumptions)
- Standardization of implementation processes and their ongoing updating
Requirements: - Engineer/Master''s degree - technological, mechanical and quality - related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in the area of coordinating new launches
- Ability to business trips in the initial phase of the project
- Communicative English skills (written and oral)
- Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA good knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS Project
- MS Office, Windows very good knowledge
- Organizing and planning skills
- Time management and task prioritization
