The role involves supporting initiatives to enhance Aptars customer centricity and profitable growth, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deploy best practices across regions and segments.The Data & Systems Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Global CE Director.As a Commercial Excellence Data & Systems Analyst, You Will:Develop the Internal Commercial MindsetOptimize the Customer ExperienceDevelop, maintain, and standardize reports and insights tools (e.g., C4C, Pipeline Projection, Customer Dashboards)Manage the Customer database, including business requirements, contacts, contracts, and pipeline opportunitiesEnsure adherence to CRM and pipeline best practicesCollaborate with internal IS Teams to improve systemsCarry out Contract Management activitiesSupport sales training frameworks and provide key user support for internal systemsEducation:Bachelor of Business degree (required)Required Skills:3-5 years experience in Sales Analysis with strong CRM expertise; experience in Sales, Marketing, or Pricing is a plusExperience in sales effectiveness projects and supporting global programsLeadership skills and team collaborationAbility to analyze large datasets from various sourcesSkills:Strong reporting and analytical skillsAbility to work on multiple projects with multicultural teamsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/BI tools (e.g., SAP, QlikView, Power BI)Fluency in English; additional languages are a plusExcellent communication skillsCustomer-oriented, strategic, and forward-thinkingWho We Are:At Aptar, we leverage insights, design, engineering, and science to develop cutting-edge packaging technologies that enhance brand value and impact lives globally.
