Job description: 1. Develop and execute salesstrategies based on the market demand of the country and region,formulate and implement sales strategies, promote the marketdevelopment and project implementation of utility-scale BESSproducts, and achieve the sales targets and payment collection setby the company. 2. Manage and expand customer relationships byidentifying, following up with, and closing potential clients,ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Provide technicaland business solution support by having an in-depth understandingof utility-scale BESS business solutions, working closely with thetechnical team to offer customized solutions for clients. 4.Research and understand grid policies and regulations in researchon national and regional power grid policies, regulations andmarket trends, to ensure that products and solutions comply withlocal laws and standards. 5. Conduct market analysis and reportingon market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providingregular sales progress and market analysis reports to the company.6. Team collaboration and training: Assist in building the team inthe international market and provide relevant training and supportto team members. Job requirements: 1. Educational background:Bachelors degree or higher, major is not limited, power systems,energy management, or a related field. 2. Work experience: Morethan 5 years of working experience in new energy storage orphotovoltaic and wind power development, working experience inChinese enterprises is preferred, and able to adapt tointernational business trips. 3. Policy knowledge: Familiar withthe national and regional power grid policies, energy regulationsand market trends, able to adjust sales strategies according topolicy changes. 4. Technical background: Possesses a background inpower systems and energy storage technologies, with the ability tounderstand and explain both technical and business solutions toclients. 5. Communication and negotiation skills: Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills, with the ability to workeffectively with clients and team members. 6. Language skills:Fluent in English, capable of conducting technical and businessnegotiations. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
