Role Description:
- Architect IAM solutions for large engagements.
- Conduct and lead meetings independently with enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects.
- Possess strong understanding of server and network architecture and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn other leading IAM products.
- Increase CSP visibility through analyst interactions and IAM solution development in collaboration with competency center leads.
- Contribute to IAM Center of Excellence (COE) through solution artifacts and competency development.
Competencies:

Essential Skills:
- Design, implement, and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM with existing systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues.
- Stay current with trends and technologies in IAM.
- Architectural understanding of IBM Security Identity Manager or IBM Identity Manager integration with applications.
- Experience in challenging customer environments and participation in customer architect boards.
- Capable of creating due diligence and design documents.
- 5+ years of experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading/migrating IBM Security IAM solution components.
- Perform high-level analysis of requirement documentation for correctness, completeness, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and remediate operational problems.
- Conduct maintenance activities such as patching, performance tuning, and backups.
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to architect IAM solutions for large engagements.
- Conduct and lead meetings with enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects independently.
- Good grasp of server and network architecture with technical know-how.
- Willingness to learn other leading IAM products.
- Contribute to raising CSP visibility through analyst connections and IAM solution development.
- Participate in IAM COE development including solution artifacts and competency development.
