Complex Problems Youll Be Leading
- Drive creation and strategic curation of robust datasets for fine-tuning and distilling advanced AI models, ensuring quality and real-world applicability.
- Lead the design of scalable fine-tuning and knowledge distillation pipelines for LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Gemma), optimizing performance and deployment.
In This Role, You Will
- Oversee data validation strategy, pipeline scalability, and quality assurance.
- Innovate and execute advanced fine-tuning and distillation techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
- Develop rigorous experimentation frameworks to benchmark and optimize model accuracy and efficiency.
- Guide AI tool development (generative and classification).
- Collaborate closely with LPU providers to optimize model performance and deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams, ensuring alignment of model development with technical and business goals.
- Own model validation strategies for robustness and deployment readiness.
You Are a Great Fit If You Have
- PhD or extensive Master''s in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- 5+ years leading large-scale data initiatives, including pipeline architecture and quality assurance.
- Expertise in fine-tuning and knowledge distillation of transformer-based models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Gemma).
- Advanced proficiency with PyTorch, Hugging Face, and cloud-based deployments.
- Proven leadership and independent project management skills.
