Senior IT Infrastructure Manager Responsibilities Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Manage and optimize cloud-based solutions (AWS, Office 365) and ensure integration with on-premises infrastructure. Develop, implement and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) in line with cloud services. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with security standards. Implement security measures and conduct regular audits. Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient operations and service availability. Organize training programs and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the IT team, ensuring continuous professional growth. Plan and oversee IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, aligning them with business goals. Develop and manage budget by optimizing costs and ensure service quality. Monitor infrastructure performance, generate reports and implement improvements. Key skills Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, MS Exchange, SharePoint, MS Projects, Entra-ID, Power BI), AWS, and Google Cloud. In-depth knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems. Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities. Hands-on experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Strong leadership and team management abilities: hiring, managing, and retaining a team of talented technology professionals. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Nice to have: Previous experience with data center and IT networks.
