Job Purpose and primary objectives: Manage, plan, and drive the overall ITSM Change Management Landscape
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the change management activities within a structured process framework according to latest ITIL practice and organizational needs.
- Evaluate the change impact and readiness to limit potential risk.
- Tracking implementation progress and reporting back to management
- Accountable for overall process efficiency and effectiveness of change process
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure change is presented effectively in CAB.
- Lead CAB and pre-CAB involving multiple stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the planned changes to the stakeholders.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions on change management to technical teams to differentiate between various changes and Service Requests.
- Continuous service improvement of the change process and ITSM change module.
- Share weekly, and monthly change reporting.
- Determine changes that qualify as emergency changes and ensure that they are regularized.
- Knowledge on at least one ITSM tools is must (Manage Engine / Service Now / Omni tracker /TopDesk etc)
