What You''ll Be Doing:
- Define and implement a global retail strategy that maximizes profitability and elevates brand positioning
- Oversee daily operations of physical stores, ensuring excellence in service, product presentation, and sales performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce, Product, and Finance teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience
- Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to consistently achieve commercial goals
- Identify and execute store expansion opportunities, including new openings and strategic negotiations with landlords and partners
- Monitor key KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, average ticket, profitability) and implement strategies to optimize performance
- Roll out tools and processes that boost operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience
- Ensure brand identity and values are consistently upheld across all physical retail environments
- Oversee inventory control in stores to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shortages or overages
- Develop and maintain a customer experience strategy aligned with the brands values and distinctiveness
- Stay ahead of industry trends, innovation, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Who We''re Looking For:
- Master''s degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Management or as Head of Retail within international fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or cosmetics brands
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is highly desirable
