Our client, a global consultancy, is partnering with a major player in the petrochemical sector to transform how technical training is delivered across their workforce. This project is focused on creating high-impact, digitally enabled learning experiences tailored to complex industrial environments.
As the Instructional Designer on this project, you''ll be instrumental in shaping end-to-end learning solutionsfrom initial scoping to deliveryensuring theyre engaging, pedagogically sound, and aligned with both business and learner needs.
Role
As the Instructional Designer on this project, youll lead the design and development of end-to-end digital learning experiences that support a highly technical, industrial audience. Youll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholdersprimarily Dutch-speakingto translate complex content into clear, engaging, and effective training.
You''ll be involved in kickoff meetings, content scoping, storyboarding, and applying strong pedagogical principles throughout. On-site presence in Antwerp is expected roughly one day per week (averaging two days per course), with travel expenses covered.
