Job Title: PMO Project Manager - Construction Location: Dublin, IrelandSalary: €65,000 - €85,000 per annum (DOE)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentWe're hiring a PMO Project Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking residential development company.In this role, you will support strategic initiatives and improve reporting, planning, and process optimisation across multiple business functions including construction, operations, and commercial teams.Key Responsibilities:Support the PMO team in delivering strategic initiatives across construction and operationsDevelop and improve internal reporting processes using tools such as Excel and Power BICollaborate with departments including Technical, Planning, Commercial, and Health Safety to support cross-functional reporting and analysisTrack project and business-wide KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate updatesConsolidate project data for senior-level reporting and portfolio analysisParticipate in team meetings, support documentation, and assist with construction planning integrationDrive operational improvements and promote best practices in project deliveryRequirements:Minimum 3 years' experience in a PMO, project management, or construction-related roleStrong skills in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPointBackground in construction, consultancy, or analytics (desirable)Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teamsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary: €65,000 - €85,000 per annum (based on experience)Performance-related bonusPension scheme with employer contributionsFull private health insuranceGenerous annual leave, including additional company daysPaid maternity and paternity leaveLife assurance and income protectionProfessional development support and funded CPDTax saver travel and bike-to-work schemesJoin a company committed to building communities where people can thrive.
