Krakow-based opportunity with the possibility to work in a hybrid setup (2 days per week in the office). As a Senior Data Governace / Data Quality Analyst (Data Analyst), you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution that is dedicated to enhancing data management within its Risk Finance functions. This initiative focuses on improving data governance, architecture, and quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a crucial role in managing data-related processes, collaborating with multiple teams, and driving improvements in data management strategies. Monitoring the implementation of local data management processes in alignment with the clients global model Managing a portfolio of data quality issues, driving root cause analysis, and implementing solutions Collaborating with local Risk Finance teams to align data strategies with business needs and regulatory compliance Tracking data quality issues, progress, and statistics while providing regular updates to data forums Utilizing data management tools to enhance data governance and quality initiatives Developing reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations effectively Engaging with IT teams to understand and optimize data flows and system integrations Good understanding of IT systems and data flows ~ Fluent English ~ Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills ~ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when assessing large volumes of information ~ Ability to collaborate across functions and businesses, including IT, Risk, and Finance teams ~ Experience in managing data quality issues and implementing resolution strategies It is a strong plus if you have: Fluent French Experience working in an international, multicultural environment ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
