Responsibilities include managing systems for monitoring and evaluating company performance, overseeing the development and implementation of employee skills, analyzing personnel data and monitoring KPIs, participating in the identification, assessment, development planning, and succession review for key positions, and updating HR departmental procedures.Requirements include a university degree and proven experience in similar roles within multinational environments, strong analytical skills, good knowledge of HR data analysis tools, and familiarity with applicable legal and fiscal regulations.
