The role provides technical expertise in ESG & Climate Change services, including Climate Change Risk Assessments, Paris Agreement alignment, EU Taxonomy & DNSH, Sustainable Finance, Sustainability Reporting, Climate Corporate Governance, ESG KPIs & Assessments, ESG & Climate Due Diligence, etc.Key AccountabilitiesLead ESG strategy design, materiality assessments, CSRD gap analysis, Paris Agreement alignment, sustainability reports, strategy definition, ESG assessments, climate risk assessments, EU Taxonomy compliance.Conduct R&D projects funded by EU (Horizon Europe 2021-2027).Develop new business opportunities, interact with potential clients, contribute to proposals.Manage multiple projects ensuring quality and deadlines.Support team knowledge sharing and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.QualificationsPostgraduate degree in Sustainability or Energy Management is a plus.Minimum 3 years experience in ESG, sustainability, or decarbonization advisory.Knowledge of frameworks like GRI, SASB, TCFD, and reporting standards.Experience with sustainability topics, reporting issues, and ESG strategy development.Excellent English and Italian skills (C1 level); other languages are assets.Proficiency in MS Office.Passion for environmental and social change, proactive, and eager to learn.Additional InformationRINA offers a diverse work environment, equal opportunities, and complies with Italian Law n. 68/99.
