TCS has been ranked #1 in customer satisfaction, among IT services providers in the Netherlands in a survey by Whitelane Research and is recognized as a Top Employer in the Netherlands, Europe also Global by the Top Employers Institute Able to conduct workshop to capture business requirements and map functionality to the system Functional, System Integration and User Acceptance test case development and scoring captured in appropriate testing case formats Process mapping, workshops, BRD/Story development and test case build and completion must be accomplished within project cost, quality and schedule specifications Solution Design skills and mapping business requirements in standard system solution and limit customizations to a minimum Help redesign business process and application to fulfil new requirements Analyze current business and system processes to identify areas for improvements and optimization Document requirements, business process flows, use cases, user stories, test cases and perform all required testing and validation including any integrations. Will include explaining interfaces/data/process to business and strategic partners (including LSPs) Ability to complete data mapping, application and data alignment, data auditing, reporting Work on any transition to a new logistics service provider or to a new application, which includes transition planning, execution and management of the plan Subject Matter Expertise with deep business process knowledge of Supply Chain (Central and Field Supply Chain for Equipment and Post Sales) domains Application Configurations like setting up Customers, Purchasing sites, suppliers in Oracle as an example In-depth knowledge of SC processes in center and countries, logistics network, Logistics Service Providers, carriers, country specifics, customs regulations Language requirement: English and Dutch Functional system knowledge of Oracle EBS Applications, SAP Platforms, and other Supply Chain applications Supports service delivery functions and support legacy applications Analyzing business requirements, conducting analysis of information/ data, managing projects and supporting Supply Chain area and Core Business knowledge in Xelus Knowledge on Supply Chain business 10+ year of business system analyst experience ~ Experience in generating process documentation, mapping business requirements to system requirements, work closely with development and testing teams ~ Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights also should be able to communicate in Dutch language
