Philogen S.p.A. wouldlike to hire a highly motivated and qualified Clinical Data Managerwho will report to the Data Manager Coordinator. In particular, thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for: - Perform datacleaning activities on assigned studies - Design paper and/orelectronic Case Report Forms (CRFs) in collaboration with theclinical team - Collaborate in the implementation and validation ofclinical databases - Prepare, maintain and archive data managementdocumentation (e.g. Data Management Plan) - Review all the clinicaldata listings and tables - Ensure data management in accordancewith applicable standards (e.g. CDISC), regulatory guidelines andcompany SOPs - Participate in study team meetings - Support thePharmacovigilance department in SAEs reconciliation - Reviewclinical study protocols and Clinical Study Reports - Performcoding activities using medical dictionaries - Perform databaselock process The ideal candidate should have: - Master''s degree inhealthcare or a related field; - 2 years of experience withclinical trial research and data management; - Meticulous attentionto detail; - Strong organizational; - Ability to prioritize tasksand handle multiple projects at once and stressful situations; -Ability to work in cross-functional study team - Knowledge ofclinical research procedures and regulations; - Good knowledge ofMS Excel and Office packages in general; - Good skills in dataanalysis; - Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally andin writing); - A clear understanding of the benefits of clinicaltrial research. Preferred skills: - Knowledge of medicalterminology with expertise in oncology preferred; - Knowledge ofcoding dictionaries (e.g. MedDRA); - SAS Knowledge We offer: Acontract and salary proportional to the experience (seniority) ofthe successful candidate.
