Manpower Group Recruitment Agency is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator (m/f/x) for one of its clients. About Our Client: Our client is a globally recognized industrial company based in Luxembourg, supplying parts for the automotive industry. Your Main Responsibilities: Assist the maintenance team in executing priority repairs to minimize unexpected downtime. Analyze downtime data to identify the equipment/parts responsible for major losses and implement actions to reduce future stoppages. Collaborate with operations and the maintenance team (supervisors and operators) to detect and implement equipment improvements that prevent or minimize breakdowns. Participate in maintenance planning to assess and enhance repair plans as needed. Coordinate and work with equipment manufacturers and external service providers to support operations and maintenance while improving repair efficiency. Manage the spare parts program: determine which parts should be kept in stock to ensure optimal facility operation. Conduct maintainability studies to understand and reduce the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Oversee the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program, identify preventive measures to avoid recurrence, follow up on actions until completion, and ensure their effectiveness. Your Profile: Degree in Electrical, Electrotechnical, or Mechanical Engineering. A first successful experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English; French and/or German is a plus.
