Functieomschrijving

As Manager Learning and Development, you will leadthe development and implementation of training strategies at theHerbalife Venray warehouse facility, ensuring alignment with globalL&D practices.

Youllcollaborate with all departments on site to create effective andpractical training solutions that support employee onboarding,skills development, and operational excellence.

Workingclosely with Operations, Global Training teamsand otherdepartments in Venray,you''ll ensure all training iswell-documented and compliant with legal and internal requirements.

Inpartnership with the Director, Global Training and Onboarding,you''ll contribute to broader learning initiatives and help drivethe Venray Strategic Workforce Planning agenda.

You willalso manage internal and external training resources and explorefunding opportunities to support developmentprograms.

You alsoexplore opportunities to work together with universities in theregion. This can be related to (interim) assignments or othercollaborations with theuniversities.

Inthis role, you will:

Partnerwith the Talent Management team to implement global L&Dinitiatives locally, ensuring alignment with businessneeds.

Deliverand continuously improve onboarding programs for all Venrayemployees, including agency and temporaryworkers.

Lead thedesign and maintenance of structured onboarding and trainingprograms, ensuring compliance with internal and legalstandards.

Supportdepartment leaders in keeping training up to date and maintainingaccurate training records.

Apply avariety of learning methods, including classroom, virtual,e-learning and on-the-jobcoaching.

Collaborate with external partners, trainingproviders and educational institutions, including coordination ofinternships and municipal-fundedprograms.

Supportindividual development planning (IDPs) and contribute to talentreviews and successionplanning.

Trackand report on training metrics and ROI, ensuring continuousimprovement and valuedelivery.
