Relationship Manager Global Assets (Custody/ Asset Servicing) - Geneva

Le Relationship Manager joue un rle cl dans le dveloppement commercial du dpartement Global Assets (GA+). Il/elle est responsable de lacquisition de nouveaux clients institutionnels et privs, de la fidlisation des clients stratgiques et de loptimisation de la rentabilit du portefeuille. Il/elle exerce un leadership naturel et fdre les quipes internes autour des objectifs commerciaux.

Votre Mission:

  • Identifier et convertir de nouveaux clients institutionnels et privs en ligne avec les objectifs de croissance.
  • Dvelopper et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients stratgiques existants, suivre et analyser la rentabilit des clients et prendre des mesures correctives si ncessaire.
  • Maximiser les opportunits de cross-selling et proposer des services additionnels rmunrs.
  • tre force de proposition dans lvolution des services et des processus internes.
  • Collaborer avec les quipes marketing pour le dveloppement des supports commerciaux (pitchbook, brochures, site internet), assurer la publication de 2-3 newsleters GA+ par an, Organiser des vnements clients et reprsenter le dpartement lors de confrences et sminaires.
  • Formuler des rponses aux appels d''offres.
  • Suivre les actions commerciales et assurer un reporting structur.
  • Votre Profil:

  • Diplme universitaire en finance, conomie, gestion ou domaine quivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 ans dexprience dans un poste similaire avec exprience avre en acquisition et gestion de clients institutionnels et privs.
  • Excellentes comptences en ngociation et structuration doffres commerciales.
  • Solide connaissance du Global Custody, Asset Servicing et des services bancaires institutionnels.
  • Forte capacit influencer et fdrer des quipes sans lien hirarchique direct.
  • Trs bonnes comptences en communication crite et orale (franais et anglais indispensables, une autre langue est un plus).
  • Esprit analytique et capacit suivre la rentabilit des clients et du portefeuille.
  • Capacit grer plusieurs dossiers en parallle avec rigueur et autonomie.
  • Capacit dinfluencer le dveloppement doffres et de contribuer activement la stratgie du dpartement.
