On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceuticalcompany, IQVIA is looking for a Cost and Resource Specialist whocan join an exciting working environment in a dynamic atmosphere.RESPONSIBILITIES: All the following responsibilities apply to thewhole or to a part of the function, based on the functional CRSsorganization and are performed under the coordination of a CRC.Functional cost, investment and workload planning: - Collectinginformation related to functional costs and resources for planningpurposes, liaising with relevant functional stakeholders and PMs,arranging internal functional budgeting meetings to ensure a timelyand accurate data collection - Collecting and submitting to R&DP&C of justifications for cost plan deviations from previousbaselines Functional actual cost and investment recognition andjustification: - Preparing and checking functional PurchaseRequisitions (PRs) issuance within corporate ERP, ensuring PRs arecorrectly filled with respect to accounting and controllingcoordinates, and submitted in a timely manner, according tocorporate procedures - Preparing all necessary documentation insupport of Management Approval of functional Purchase Requisitions(PRs) - Performing functional year-end closing activities, ensuringcompliance with statutory and tax procedures and guidelinesprovided by administration and P&C - Performing full trackingof deviations of actual vs. baselines spending providing relevantjustification to P&C team, ensuring an effective and concisecommunication of significant information Functional ResourceBreakdown Structure (RBS) update and Timecard filling: - Timelycommunicating to DBK team any changes in the functional RBS to bereflected into corporate Project and Portfolio Management System -Tracking monthly actual workload by facilitating timecard fillingby functional employees. - Tracking monthly external consultantstimesheets and filling related timecard by projects. REQUIREMENTSAND SKILLS: - Basic competences in accountancy - Basic knowledge ofdrug development process in a pharma industry - Good communicationand analytical skills - Good working knowledge and understanding ofoffice procedures - Skilled user of relevant corporate systems:corporate Project and Portfolio Management System (Planisware) andcorporate ERP (SAP) - Continuously Supporting functional end-usersin the ordinary use of the corporate ERP (SAP), in coordinationwith CRC.
