Job DescriptionDefines Companys policies for quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and quality control. Ensures compliance and the correct implementation of the company''s Quality Management System, BRCGS standard, ISCC Plus standard, and FSC standard at every stage of company processes.Defines and owns the annual R&D plan based on local and group business and industrial strategies, in compliance with shared priorities and budget guidance, constantly monitoring its adequacy, progress, and costs.Responsible for managing and developing the R&D, QC, and QA team.Responsibilities include:Ensuring proper management and execution of periodic meetings on product and process quality, including improvements, internal and external audits.Promoting quality awareness and training at all levels and ensuring that measures to prevent product nonconformity are in place and updated.Supporting the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs area in supervisory activities to ensure compliance with hygiene, health standards, and sector regulations.Providing technical support during development, prototyping, and management of industrialized products.Coordinating and conducting necessary tests with appropriate resources.Collaborating with operations management and Capri Sun Group on technological developments.Working with the Sales team to optimize product range and assess competitiveness of R&D solutions.Monitoring technological and material evolution in the reference market.Engaging with procurement and suppliers to find cost-effective solutions.Your ProfileBachelors or masters degree in chemistry or a relevant field.At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the flexible packaging industry.Experience in leading and developing a team.Knowledge of lamination processes; printing knowledge is desirable.Understanding of industrial processes, Quality Management Systems, and food safety regulations in flexible packaging.Fluent in English and Italian.Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and teamwork mindset.Proficient in SAP and MS Office.What You Can ExpectVariety of tasks and autonomy.Opportunities to challenge and lead initiatives.Collaborative environment with motivated colleagues.Opportunity to shape a beloved brand worldwide.Growth in an established, reputable, and expanding company.Competitive compensation and benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
