As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in driving the commercial performance of the store by leading the sales floor, motivating the team, and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will support the Store Manager in achieving targets, maintaining brand standards, and creating a positive and energetic store environment.
- 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Prior experience in team leader or supervisory role and have a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Commercial awareness with strong KPIs background and can drive performance through others. Strong analysis skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong interest in sports, fitness, or an active lifestyle and have a strong product knowledge.
- Good English skills/understanding.
- Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team and feel comfortable conducting feedback conversations. Understanding the store´s needs and acting accordingly.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
YOUR ACTIVITIES:
- Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store.
- Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by monitoring KPIs and delivering great customer service.
- Ensure the store is always up to brand standards including, Visual Merchandising standards, Replenishment, and Customer service to create the best shopping experience for the consumer.
- Supervise, coach, and train team members to support ongoing development of the sales team.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and health & safety on the shop floor and support stock management processes including deliveries, replenishment, and stock takes
- Foster a positive team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer satisfaction
