Challenge Current Ways of Working: This involves critically evaluating the existing processes by asking essential questions?why certain tasks are performed, whether they are truly necessary, and if they could be automated or done more efficiently in SAP. The objective is to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, or shifting tasks to other parts of the process or system.
