Were looking for a Senior Full-stack Developer (Back-end heavy) to join our fast-growing team.

What youll be working on

As a Senior Full-stack Engineer, your mission will include:

• Building scalable backend systems that support intelligent agents in autonomous e-commerce;
• Designing and developing robust APIs and services using Python and AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, RDS, API Gateway);
• Collaborating with a small, focused team to iterate quickly and ship meaningful features fast;
• Working cross-functionally with product and design to turn ideas into practical technical solutions;
• Improving system performance, reliability, and security through clean architecture and sound engineering practices;
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines and implementing test automation to ensure stable releases;
• Using SQL extensively to manage and query relational data (bonus if you''re familiar with NoSQL too);
• Contributing to both frontend (ReactJS) and backend tasks as needed, with a strong focus on backend infrastructure.

Must-Haves

5+ years of hands-on software development experience;

Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (including ReactJS);

Solid understanding of AWS services and Serverless architecture (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, RDS, API Gateway);

Experience with SQL and working with relational databases;

Basic DevOps skills including CI/CD and testing frameworks;

Degree in CS/engineering or solid military tech experience

Fast learner with clear communication skills and a bias toward action.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with NoSQL databases;

Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience;

A touch of product thinking and ability to see the bigger picture of what you''re building.

Work Setup & Offer

Location: Onsite in Madrid

Start: Full-time Contractor (40h/week)
