The primary goal of this role is to facilitate and oversee the Scrum processes within a team, ensuring efficient delivery of value in alignment with ART (Agile Release Train) objectives. Responsibilities: Maintain constant flow of deliverables which add value to the ART Objectives. Promote a learning culture within the team. Act as a servant leader, aiding team collaboration and performance. Manage team progress and metrics effectively. Assist in problem-solving to eliminate impediments faced by the team. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Solid understanding of data management and/or Business Intelligence (BI) is a large plus. Nice to Have: Experience in promoting a learning culture. Strong leadership skills demonstrating servant leadership.
